1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a KHYALIX account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using KHYALIX on behalf of a studio or company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Use of the service
KHYALIX provides AI-assisted tools for architectural visualization, editing, motion, and documentation. You are responsible for the inputs you upload and must hold the rights to any drawings, photographs, or models you process through the platform.
3. Credits and billing
Generations consume credits. Subscription credits renew monthly on your billing date; top-up packs are added to your balance immediately. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Output and ownership
Subject to your plan, you own the outputs you generate and may use them in client work and commercial projects on paid tiers. KHYALIX may use aggregate, anonymized usage data to improve the service.
